A Mumbai Workshop That Became a National Supplier
Detector House started as a small workshop repairing imported detection equipment for local factories. Realising how much of the market depended on inconsistent imports, our founders began designing detectors of their own, built specifically for Indian industrial conditions: dusty floors, power fluctuations, and long shifts. Today we manufacture and supply hand held and walkthrough metal detectors to the Pharma, Food, Packaging, Plastic and Gold industries, along with government and infrastructure clients including Mumbai Metro and Maharashtra Police. Every unit that leaves our facility is assembled, calibrated and quality-checked in-house.

Founder
Kiran Lokhande has been leading Detector House for over 15 years with a strong focus on business growth and customer satisfaction. With a commerce background from Mumbai, he has played a key role in building long-term client relationships and expanding the company's presence across industries through reliable products and dedicated service.
Sandeep Lokhande
Managing Director
Sandeep Lokhande brings over 23 years of expertise in electronics and industrial metal detection. After completing his ITI in Electronics in 2003, he has led Detector House's product development, manufacturing, and innovation. His technical knowledge and commitment to quality have helped establish the company as a trusted manufacturer of advanced metal detection solutions.

Inside Our Manufacturing Unit
Our Mumbai facility handles everything from sheet metal fabrication and circuit assembly to final sensitivity calibration and packing. Each walkthrough frame is tested across multiple sensitivity zones, and every hand held unit is run through a battery-life and detection-accuracy check before it is boxed. Our quality team signs off on every batch before dispatch, so what reaches your gate is the same unit that passed our bench tests.
